Executive-intro™ includes mapping the market for agreed and in specification targets, creating a behavioural profile of the ideal candidate, engaging candidates and benchmarking them to key criteria and competency and behavioural characteristics. A shortlist of candidates who meet the desired requirements are presented in a secure online portal accessible 24/7 which promotes stakeholder engagement particularly with busy executives leading highly mobile and time limited work lives. The information we present provides a comprehensive view of the candidates including videos, behavioural reports, responses to competency questions, benchmarking, interview report and bio details. This provides a wealth of behavioural and competency evidence which enables Clients to accelerate their evaluation and decision-making processes making the entire process more efficient, effective and professional.

The EO Consultant provides expert support through the entire process and remains in contact with you the Client and the candidate for the first 12 months to ensure objectives are met and everyone is satisfied before concluding the process.
